Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles adhering to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols
- Efficiently navigate Miami's urban and suburban routes using GPS technology for on-time deliveries
- Verify package details and maintain accurate delivery records through digital tracking systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and address inquiries professionally
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and resolve delivery exceptions
- Ensure secure handling of packages and sensitive customer information
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience with commercial vehicle familiarity
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs regularly
