Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within Boston metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes using GPS to ensure timely deliveries
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at distribution center
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class D driver's license with clean MVR (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic navigation skills in urban environments
- Reliable transportation to depot (public transit parking available)
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
