Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles across Detroit metro area
- Load/unload packages efficiently with proper handling protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety standards
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan driver's license with clean MVR
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Detroit streets and neighborhoods
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekends
