Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations across Cleveland
- Maintain accurate delivery records and route documentation using our proprietary mobile app
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance
- Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency and on-time performance
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related issues promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to coordinate high-volume delivery schedules
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience or equivalent delivery background
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of Cleveland metropolitan area and surrounding suburbs
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and basic technology
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
