Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records through our mobile app
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
- Optimize routes for maximum efficiency using GPS navigation
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading of packages as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Chicago neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery app usage
- Reliable transportation to our River North hub
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Availability for flexible hours including weekends (if needed)
