Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and documents throughout Kansas City metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic tracking systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
- Optimize routes for efficient delivery in urban/suburban environments
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status via mobile app in real-time
Qualifications
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of Kansas City streets and landmarks
- Commercial vehicle insurance eligibility
