Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles for time-sensitive deliveries throughout Miami-Dade County
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to maximize efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Handle fragile, temperature-sensitive, or high-value packages with care
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Driver's License with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Miami-Dade roadways and traffic patterns
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and delivery tracking systems
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Reliable smartphone with data plan
- Pass background check and drug screening
