Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional deliveries
- Perform thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for efficient route optimization
- Secure cargo and verify delivery documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Report maintenance issues and conduct minor repairs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with California weight regulations and HAZMAT basics
- Strong navigation skills in urban environments
- Physical ability to load/unload up to 75lbs
- Flexibility for early morning/weekend shifts
