Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van/refrigerated) across Ohio and surrounding states
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Plan efficient routes to meet delivery deadlines
- Complete accurate documentation and logbooks
- Inspect vehicles for pre/post-trip compliance
- Maintain professional communication with dispatch and clients
- Handle loading/unloading operations when required
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of FMCSA regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work variable hours
- Strong navigation skills and route optimization
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- HAZMAT certification preferred (training provided if needed)
