Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (semi-trucks, box trucks) for local and regional deliveries
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Plan efficient routes using GPS navigation systems
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip to ensure roadworthiness
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork
- Provide exceptional customer service during stops
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Pass mandatory background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of Los Angeles metropolitan area
- Flexibility for early morning weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
