Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional routes
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain DOT compliance
- Load/unload shipments with proper equipment handling
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and customer communication protocols
- Document transportation logs and maintain electronic records
- Operate in all weather conditions while prioritizing safety
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean MVR (3+ years driving)
- Minimum 1 year OTR/Regional experience
- Hazmat endorsement preferred
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations
- Excellent time management and customer service skills
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Flexibility for occasional overnight trips
