Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles over long-haul routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route planning
- Represent Tampa Bay Transport with professionalism in customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Florida highway systems and regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in variable weather conditions
- Flexibility for overnight trips and irregular schedules
