Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles across designated Texas routes
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Deliver freight on time while maintaining exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route planning
- Utilize electronic logging systems for compliance
- Represent Swift Transportation with professionalism at all client interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year verifiable OTR experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong knowledge of Texas highway systems
- Flexibility for overnight trips and weekend shifts
- Excellent time management and communication skills
