Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) across designated Texas routes
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Manage delivery timelines and documentation
- Participate in ongoing safety and compliance training
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- No CDL experience required - we provide paid training!
- Basic math skills for weight calculations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility for overnight travel (home weekly)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to obtain Class A CDL certification
