Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods across Virginia and surrounding states
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Load/unload shipments with proper handling techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and time-sensitive routes
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Virginia roadways and regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Flexibility for overnight and weekend shifts
