Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Complete timely delivery of freight to Milwaukee-area facilities
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and vehicle inspection reports
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Handle documentation including bills of lading and manifests
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Knowledge of Milwaukee metro area routes
- Pass mandatory background/drug screening
- Flexibility for early morning/weekend shifts
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and time management abilities
