Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) for long-haul and regional routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and delivery schedules
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logging systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading and transit
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization and problem-solving
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Minnesota roadways and Midwest geography
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Excellent time management and communication skills
