Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (53' dry vans) following DOT regulations
- Plan and execute efficient delivery routes across Arizona and surrounding states
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and document maintenance needs
- Load/unload freight using proper techniques and equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
- Communicate with dispatch and clients regarding shipment status
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and defensive driving practices
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation and route planning
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility for early morning start times (4:00 AM)
- Willingness to obtain Hazmat endorsement (paid training provided)
