Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods across San Francisco and surrounding areas
- Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions
- Complete digital delivery documentation and proof-of-service reports
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean MVR
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and operate in varied weather conditions
- Proficiency with digital dispatch systems and route optimization tools
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities in English
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Familiarity with Bay Area road networks preferred
