Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods across San Francisco Bay Area
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Optimize routes for timely deliveries while navigating urban traffic
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with California traffic laws and urban driving
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting
- Flexibility for early morning/weekend shifts
- Strong communication and time management skills
