Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to/from school and educational events
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain orderly conduct and ensure student safety protocols
- Adhere to strict traffic laws and school district policies
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and dispatch
- Document mileage, incidents, and maintenance reports
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with School Bus endorsement
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and background check
- Child CPR/First Aid certification
- Flexible availability (early mornings/afternoons)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
