Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Manage timely delivery of freight while maintaining accurate records
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic equipment maintenance
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding shipment status
- Maintain clean driving record and compliance with all licensing requirements
- Collaborate with team members to optimize route efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong navigation skills and knowledge of Southeast regional routes
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Must be at least 23 years old with no major violations in past 3 years
