Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for long-haul and regional routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation (e-bolt, manifests)
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch for efficient route planning and on-time deliveries
- Represent the company professionally during customer interactions
- Operate in diverse weather and traffic conditions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record (no major violations)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical loading/unloading duties
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Hazmat endorsement preferred
- Strong navigation skills using GPS systems and route maps
- Flexibility for overnight trips and irregular schedules
- Must pass comprehensive background check
