Responsibilities
- Safely operate CDL-A vehicles for regional and local deliveries throughout Kansas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation (BOLs, mileage reports)
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules while prioritizing customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization and real-time updates
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable CDL driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate manual transmissions
- Strong knowledge of Kansas roadways and DOT regulations
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening (pre-employment and random)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
