Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) for time-sensitive deliveries across San Jose Bay Area
- Maintain meticulous delivery logs and compliance documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and minor vehicle maintenance
- Optimize routes using GPS technology for maximum efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of San Jose metro area and California highways
- DOT medical certification and physical ability to meet job demands
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
