Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A/B commercial vehicles for time-sensitive deliveries
- Plan optimal routes using GPS technology for maximum efficiency
- Complete pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for real-time updates
- Handle special delivery requirements with precision
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A or B license (mandatory)
- 2+ years commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Tampa Bay area geography
- DOT medical certification current
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with refrigerated/hazardous materials (preferred)
