Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver goods on time and in perfect condition
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Optimize routes for efficiency while navigating Albuquerque's urban landscape
- Load/unload freight securely using proper equipment and techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Albuquerque metro area and surrounding regions
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic familiarity with delivery tracking software
