Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for local/regional freight delivery
- Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and vehicle maintenance logs
- Optimize delivery routes for efficiency and on-time performance
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and clients regarding shipments
- Complete accurate paperwork for deliveries and inventory tracking
- Represent Pacific Freight Logistics with professionalism at all client sites
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 2 years box truck operation experience
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Strong knowledge of Seattle metro area and Pacific Northwest routes
- Reliable box truck (2015+ model) with proper insurance coverage
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills for minor repairs
- Excellent time management and customer service abilities
