Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and delivery vehicles on assigned routes.
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor as required.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and safety.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic logging devices (ELD) and delivery records.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Communicate clearly with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status and any delays.
- Keep the cab and cargo area clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or Class B required.
- Must possess a current Medical Examiner's Certificate and a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead.
- Must have a valid Social Security Card and legal right to work in the United States.
- Strong time management skills and a professional attitude.
