Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional routes in the Northeast
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and DOT regulations
- Inspect and maintain assigned truck before/after trips
- Document mileage, fuel usage, and delivery paperwork accurately
- Communicate with dispatch team via electronic logging devices
- Represent the company professionally with clients and vendors
- Participate in ongoing safety training and compliance updates
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Boston metro area and Northeast corridor
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Strong time management and route optimization abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
