Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on designated weekend routes within Texas and surrounding states
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate electronic logs
- Ensure secure cargo handling and compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and delivery timelines
- Document delivery receipts and resolve minor customer service inquiries
- Maintain clean driving record and participate in ongoing safety training
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 1 year verifiable experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Proficiency in using electronic logging devices and navigation systems
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon)
