Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks in a safe and timely manner.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Load and unload cargo securely using proper equipment.
- Maintain accurate daily logs (ELD) and paperwork compliance.
- Ensure cargo is delivered in perfect condition.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
- Adhere to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no DUIs or reckless driving.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Strong knowledge of local and interstate traffic laws.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy cargo and sit for long periods.
