Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers across regional routes
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Manage electronic logging systems (ELD) accurately
- Deliver freight on time with zero-accident record
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Maintain clean driving record and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with at least 1 year experience
- Clean MVR (no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexibility for overnight trips and variable schedules
- Basic familiarity with GPS navigation systems
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
