Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for long-haul and regional routes
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain FMCSA compliance
- Plan and execute efficient delivery routes while maintaining strict delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate electronic logging and documentation for all shipments
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges and ensure customer satisfaction
- Adhere to all safety protocols and HOS regulations during all operations
- Represent our company professionally while interacting with clients at delivery sites
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3+ years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical, background check, and drug screening
- Proficiency in using electronic logging devices and navigation systems
- Strong understanding of FMCSA regulations and safety standards
- Physical capability to handle loading/unloading and climb in/out of trucks
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends as needed
