Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (dry van/refrigerated) across Texas and regional routes
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Accurately maintain electronic logs and delivery documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Represent Elite Logistics Solutions with professionalism in all customer interactions
- Participate in ongoing safety training and compliance updates
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR and satisfactory background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass DOT physical exam
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Familiarity with Texas roadways and regional weather patterns
- Strong commitment to safety and punctuality
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Previous experience with hazmat endorsement preferred
