Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (dry van, refrigerated, or flatbed) across designated routes
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and document maintenance logs
- Adhere to DOT regulations and HOS compliance
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient load delivery
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and bills of lading
- Perform secure cargo handling and inventory checks
- Utilize GPS technology for route optimization
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year OTR experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of FMCSA regulations
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and climb trailer decks
- Flexibility for overnight/weekend travel
- Basic navigation and smartphone proficiency
- No preventable accidents in past 3 years
