Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and transport goods across the Southeast
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding deliveries
- Manage loading/unloading procedures with warehouse staff
- Ensure timely deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate vehicle repairs
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- No CDL experience required - we provide paid training
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong commitment to safety and professionalism
- Reliable transportation to/from terminals
