Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks for regional and long-haul deliveries
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and DOT regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding shipment status
- Manage loading/unloading procedures at distribution centers
- Optimize routes for efficiency and timely deliveries
- Participate in ongoing safety and skill development programs
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (Class A/B preferred but not required)
- Willingness to obtain CDL-A through our paid training program
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic navigation skills and smartphone proficiency
- Physical ability to climb, lift, and secure cargo (up to 70 lbs)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Team player with excellent communication skills
