Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently, ensuring proper securing and weight distribution.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and mileage (ELD).
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and any delays.
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A License (or willingness to obtain through our training program).
- Must be at least 21 years old to operate commercially.
- Pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid Driver's License.
