Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (dry van, refrigerated, or flatbed) across Texas and regional routes
- Pre-trip inspections and vehicle maintenance reporting
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and DOT compliance documentation
- Communicate with dispatch team for route optimization and delivery updates
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Adhere to all FMCSA safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or willingness to obtain one through our paid training program
- Clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic math skills for weight calculations and logbooks
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
