Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks for local and regional deliveries
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Adhere to DOT regulations and traffic laws
- Communicate with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Assist in warehouse operations when needed
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (Class A/B preferred)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- No commercial experience required
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain CDL-A (training provided)
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility for early morning/weekend shifts
