Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and trailers in compliance with FMCSA regulations and company safety policies.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical integrity and safety compliance.
- Load and unload freight efficiently while adhering to company handling procedures to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and daily driver logs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to brokers and receivers, representing the Prime Inc. brand professionally.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and road regulations to ensure the safety of the crew and cargo.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) issued by the State of Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience preferred.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Physical) and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.
