Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently to meet delivery schedules.
- Secure cargo according to safety regulations and company standards.
- Inspect vehicles daily for mechanical issues and report any necessary maintenance.
- Complete all required paperwork, including delivery receipts and logbooks, accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service to shippers and receivers.
- Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all traffic laws.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC).
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no serious violations.
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs.
