Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks to transport goods across Michigan and surrounding states
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and shipping documentation
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize delivery routes
- Assist with loading/unloading operations when required
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Familiarity with Detroit metro area routes
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexibility for early morning/overnight shifts
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor repairs
