Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional routes
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Deliver freight to distribution centers and commercial clients
- Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch for route optimization and time-sensitive deliveries
- Assist with freight loading/unloading when required
- Maintain clean driving record and zero-tolerance policy for violations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement preferred
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong geographical knowledge of Ohio and Midwest region
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
