Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL required) for local/regional routes
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols during all transport operations
- Plan efficient delivery routes while meeting strict delivery timeframes
- Maintain accurate logs, manifests, and vehicle inspection reports
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and warehouse staff
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable truck driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures
- Excellent time management and route optimization skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
