Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailers over regional routes within Texas and surrounding states
- Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Load/unload freight with proper securing techniques
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Maximize on-time delivery performance
- Maintain clean driving record and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- 1+ year OTR experience preferred
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexibility for overnight stays (2-3 nights weekly)
- Basic knowledge of electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service
- Ability to pass background check
