Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods across designated routes
- Perform pre-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols at all times
- Coordinate with dispatch team for route optimization and schedule adherence
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Report mechanical issues and coordinate vehicle repairs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of California traffic laws and regulations
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
