Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport goods across designated routes
- Perform daily pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate electronic logs
- Coordinate with dispatch teams to ensure on-time deliveries and optimize routes
- Secure and verify cargo during loading/unloading procedures
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with clients and warehouse personnel
- Complete required paperwork and delivery documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of HAZMAT regulations (certification preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb into/out of trailer
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work variable schedules including nights/weekends
