Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (53' dry van) on long-haul routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Plan efficient routes using GPS and dispatch systems
- Inspect, maintain, and document vehicle conditions
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless deliveries
- Submit accurate trip documentation and logs
- Represent Swift professionally at customer facilities
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- 1+ year OTR experience preferred
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficient with electronic logging devices
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Flexibility for irregular schedules and overnight trips
- Must be 23+ years old
